He assists health care organizations with emerging reimbursement models, including reviewing existing operations for success with a new payment model. Eric has 12 years of experience in the health care industry.

David is a physician and the president of Strategic Medical Consultants. Previously, he was a not-for-profit insurance company executive and an operating clinically integrated network’s finance chairman. These experiences have helped David prepare to tackle the emerging payment reform models—he’s excited to help health systems navigate reform that changes how care is provided and compensated. David understands the value of innovations during reform and acknowledges the importance of progress.
Lucy is a member of BKD National Health Care Group and provides consulting services to post-acute care and hospital providers. Her services include reimbursement consulting, care redesign and process improvement. Prior to joining BKD, Lucy was a registered nurse for three years.
